Description
1967 Remington 11-48 16 Gauge in good condition. A classic field gun, this 11-48 features a 16" barrel and old-school adjustable choke. Choke goes from a cylinder/skeet choke to a full choke. Condition is nice, showing normal wear as would be expected from a hard working hunting gun but no real damage. Bluing has turned into a brown-ish patina across entire gun but remains mostly intact except on wear surfaces on the receiver. No crusting rust of any kind is present. All mechanical functions work properly. Bore is good with no rust (but could use a good scrubbing!). Wood shows some scratches and minor dings but no major dents or cracks. Rubber buttpad is intact and in good shape, remaining mostly squishy. This is a inexpensive, lightweight, and handy shotgun as befitting the gauge, and would make for a great secondary gun, first shotgun for a youth, or just something different for when the camo and polymer shotguns of today get a little old.
