Colt's 1911 Competition pistol features custom G10 blue grips with a scallop texture and the Colt logo, dual recoil spring system, a National Match barrel. It has Novak sights for precision shooting; a fiber optic front with adjustable rear sight. It comes with two magazines and spare sight fibers. This 9mm model has a brushed stainless steel metal finish and a 70 sereis firing pin system.

My second 1911 in 40 years of shooting in the 9mm caliber. The older I get the less kick I like. This gun is super smooth. Every aspect of the gun I like. I would recommend this to anyone looking at 1911s. As far as the blem, maybe box worn slightly. I really didn’t notice a blemish! I did a quick chrome polish and looks brand new. After 200 rounds I am very pleased and the value was great!
