Fast shipment and a good product
I always wanted an AK47 with an Eotech and lower 1/3 co-witnessed iron sights, that I could also put a Surefire light on. I got it here! The Geissele trigger is great! All the AR15 controls that have become second nature are flawless. The rip stop buttstock, not a fan... Started out with Wolf steel cased ammo. 2 1/2 inch groups at 50 yards with an Eotech, my old eyes, and cheap (used to be) Wolf 123 gr H.P from a rest. 100 yards I was getting 4 1/2 to 5 inch groups. Again that's me, and Eotech with a 3x magnifier and Wolf military classic type ammo. To be honest I was very pleased. The buttstock corners are sharp angled and can be rough on a tight cheek weld, it grabs facial hair and the narrow blade like lower buttstock can dig in and become very uncomfortable. If you are wearing "KIT" then its no big deal. I am going to put the B-5 SOPMOD on it ASAP. No malfunctions at all. We used about 4 different brands magazines. Some wobbled some didn't but they all worked just fine. Is the rifle a little on the heavy side, from what I am used to? Yea, she is a little heavy. I know (Get Stronger )
