5 1/2" barrel with an excellent bore. This beautiful 1980-made revolver remains in grand condition with about 99% plus original nickel plate. The smooth walnut factory grips are numbered to the gun and rate excellent. The revolver does not appear to have seen any use and still functions as good as the day it left Hartford. The revolver has a lovely factory walnut presentation case with "Colt" engraved on the lower right section of the cover. The inside is French fit red velvet lined and the case rates excellent overall with a key provided for the brass mounted lock. There are a few very light handling and storage marks but there is a very small shallow chip on the rear panel, that on closer examination proved to be end grain that broke off in manufacture and was never filled. Also included is the factory woodgrain box with Styrofoam insert that is end labeled and numbered to the gun, manual and paperwork. Collecting, shooting, or pride of ownership, this gun can deliver it all.
