Description

The P-09 is CZ's full-size polymer frame offering, boasting an impressive 19+1 (9mm) capacity in its flush-fitting magazine - unsurpassed by any other 9mm service pistol. Featuring the versatile Omega trigger system, the P-09 is shipped with decockers installed, but can easily be converted to a manual safety with the supplied parts and instructions. Also included are small, medium and large backstraps allowing the user to customize the pistol's grip while retaining the natural point of aim for which CZ handguns are known. With an integrated 1913 Picatinny rail, the P-09 is readily adaptable to low-light situations. The Omega DA/SA trigger provides crisp single action trigger break, while providing the safety of a DA first-pull option.

My Go To Gun For The Zombie Apocalypse

I'm an experienced shooter that has shot many brands including Glock, CZ, HK, FN, SIG and Beretta. If there's ever a zombie apocalypse and I could only choose one pistol this would be it. It's ridiculously reliable, accurate and the nags can hold 19 or 21. I've put several thousand rounds of all kinds of ammo from cheap target to premium HP. through mine and it always goes bang when I pull the trigger. Speaking of trigger, this one is buttery smooth from the first shot. Of course the double action is a good 10lb pull but that's exactly how I like to carry it (decocked with no safety). The single action is light and an absolute delight to shoot. The gun itself is large but if you're looking for a home defense or zombie killer this is my #1 choice. Carrying it concealed will be tough in warm weather but you could probably pull it off in winter with a coat on. CZ makes excellent quality pistols and the P09 won't disappoint.
