Q, LLC’s FIX and mini FIX Suppressor Promotion Terms and Conditions 1. Beginning on March 13, 2024, and ending on May 17, 2024, any individual who purchases either a FIX or MINI FIX rifle (“eligible rifle”), in any caliber, from a Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) in the United States, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated herein, shall be eligible to receive either 1) One free Trash Panda, Short Chop, Porq Chop, Thunder Chicken, or Jumbo Shrimp suppressor; or 2) a $300.00 credit to be used toward the purchase of merchandise on Q, LLC’s website. 2. In order for a purchase to qualify for this promotion (“qualifying purchase”), the purchaser (also referred to as “participant”) must submit a dated sales receipt depicting a purchase date between March 13, 2024, through May 17, 2024, and the eligible rifle serial number by email to promo@liveqordie.com no later than June 17, 2024. Additionally, the purchaser must provide his or her name, address, telephone number and email address. 3. All qualifying purchases made by individuals residing in states that do not permit the sale and possession of silencers/suppressors shall automatically receive a $300.00 credit to be used toward the purchase of merchandise on Q, LLC’s website, and shall not have the option to receive a free suppressor as set forth above. Such states include CA, DE, HI, IL, MA, NJ, NY, and RI. All other participants will be given the option of either receiving a free suppressor while supplies last or receiving a $300.00 credit. If a $300.00 credit is provided pursuant to these terms, such credit will not expire. 4. Any participant who elects to receive a free suppressor, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated herein, must supply the name, address, and a copy of the FFL and SOT (if Q does not already have it on file) of the licensed dealer where the purchaser would like his or her suppressor shipped for NFA transfer. Once Q, LLC has verified the FFL and SOT of the purchaser’s preferred dealer (also referred to as “transferring dealer”), Q, LLC will initiate the process of allocating and shipping the selected suppressor to the transferring dealer following Q, LLC’s usual order processing methods. The exact timing of shipment is not guaranteed. 5. Participant shall be exclusively liable to pay all costs associated with receiving the suppressor that participant selects pursuant to this promotion. Such costs include, but are not limited to, the cost of the tax stamp and any transfer fees or other fees charged by participant’s transferring dealer. Q, LLC shall not be liable in the event that participant is not approved to receive transfer of the selected suppressor by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. Once Q, LLC has shipped a suppressor to participant’s transferring dealer, Q, LLC has met all obligations required by this promotion. 6. All Trash Panda, Short Chop, Porq Chop, Thunder Chicken, and Jumbo Shrimp suppressors provided to participants pursuant to this promotion will have a special finish rather than the coating typically provided when such suppressors are sold at regular retail. Trash 2 Pandas, Thunder Chickens, and Jumbo Shrimps will be bead blasted. Short Chops and Porq Chops will receive a nitride coating. 7. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: The value of each Trash Panda suppressor to be provided pursuant to this promotion is approximately $900.00. The value of each Short Chop or Porq Chop suppressor to be provided pursuant to this promotion is approximately $800.00. The value of each Jumbo Shrimp or Thunder Chicken suppressor to be provided pursuant to this promotion is approximately $700.00. A total of 2,000 suppressors will be made available as part of this promotion, regardless of which suppressors are selected by eligible purchasers. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this promotion, all participants waive all right to, and hold Q, LLC harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any promotional item offered. Any Q, LLC product received as part of a promotional program shall be subject to the usual warranties applicable to said product. The warranty applicable to the promotional product will be shipped with the item and product manual. It may also be reviewed on Q, LLC’s official website, www.liveqordie.com. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 9. Q, LLC shall not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by participant; a participant’s failure to receive notices due to entrant's spam, junk email, or other security settings or for participants' provision of incorrect or otherwise nonfunctioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer or administration of the promotion. If, in Q, LLC’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the promotion, Q, LLC’s reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this promotion in an appropriate manner. Failure of Q, LLC to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 10. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Participant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Hampshire, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Participant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in New Hampshire. 11. PRIVACY: Information collected from participants will be used by Q, LLC for various purposes, including but not limited to, education and fundraising.
